1) Scope

This Policy applies to the LullaBook mobile app ("App") – a family-friendly bedtime stories application.

2) Data We Process & Purposes

• Technical & diagnostics (device model, OS version, crash logs) – to operate, secure, and improve the App.
• Analytics – anonymous/aggregated usage statistics via Firebase to understand how the App is used and improve user experience.
• Contact data – only if you email us or request support; used solely to respond to your inquiry.
• Payments – processed by Apple via the App Store. We do not see or store your payment details.

We do not display advertisements in LullaBook.

3) Legal Bases (GDPR)

• Performance of a contract (providing the App and subscription features),
• Legitimate interests (security, diagnostics, service improvement),
• Consent (where required for analytics),
• Legal obligations (e.g., accounting, fraud prevention).

4) Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Limited data may be shared with service providers (e.g., Firebase for analytics, OpenAI for AI-generated stories) as necessary to operate the App. We may disclose information if required by law.

5) Storage & Security

Data is kept only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law. Crash/analytics data are retained per providers' policies and then aggregated or deleted. We apply reasonable security measures.

6) Your Rights

Where applicable (e.g., GDPR), you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object, data portability, and withdraw consent. Contact: contact_mobile@icloud.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

7) Data Deletion

You can request deletion of personal data we hold by emailing us with the subject "Data deletion request". We will verify the request and confirm once completed.

8) Children & Family Use

LullaBook is designed for family use with children. We take children's privacy seriously:

• We do not collect personal data from children.
• The app does not require account creation or sign-in.
• No advertisements are displayed.
• Analytics are configured to comply with COPPA/GDPR-K requirements.
• Any contact with us must be initiated by a parent or legal guardian.

Parents can request review or deletion of any data via contact_mobile@icloud.com.

9) Subscriptions

LullaBook offers optional premium subscriptions (monthly and yearly). Subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information. Subscription management and cancellation are handled through your Apple ID settings.

10) AI-Generated Content

LullaBook uses AI technology to generate personalized bedtime stories. Story prompts and preferences you provide are processed to create stories but are not stored or linked to your identity.

11) Changes

We may update this Policy. The "Effective date" above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be announced in-app or on this website.
