What happened – describe what you did and what went wrong.
Expected behavior – what should have happened.
Environment – app version, iOS version, iPhone model.
Attachments – screenshot or short screen recording (if possible).

Subscription Help

How to cancel subscription:

Open Settings on your iPhone
Tap your name (Apple ID) at the top
Tap "Subscriptions"
Find LullaBook and tap "Cancel Subscription"

Refunds: Purchases are processed by Apple. Request refunds via reportaproblem.apple.com.

Subscription not recognized: Try "Restore Purchases" in the app settings. If the issue persists, contact me.

Data Deletion

LullaBook does not require accounts and stores minimal data. If you want to delete any data related to support communications, write to contact_mobile@icloud.com with the subject "Data deletion request".

Does LullaBook work offline?

Most stories work offline once loaded. AI-generated stories require internet connection.

How many free stories do I get?

Free users get one random story unlocked daily, plus 60-second previews of all other stories.

What's included in Premium?

Unlimited access to all stories and features, no restrictions.

Is there a free trial?

Yes! Premium subscriptions include a 7-day free trial.

Does it run on iPad?

LullaBook is designed for iPhone. On iPad it runs in compatibility mode.

Is it safe for children?

Yes! LullaBook is designed for families. All content is child-appropriate, there are no ads, and we don't collect data from children.
