These Terms govern your use of LullaBook: Bedtime Stories ("App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
LullaBook is a family-friendly bedtime stories application that offers:
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reverse engineer, circumvent security, distribute, or use the App in ways not expressly permitted.
LullaBook is designed for family use. Children should use the App under parental supervision. The App carries appropriate age ratings on the App Store.
You agree not to use the App unlawfully, abusively, or in ways that disrupt or harm other users, services, or systems.
LullaBook offers premium subscriptions:
Subscriptions include a 7-day free trial for new users. Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
Refunds follow App Store policies and applicable law. We do not store payment details.
All stories, illustrations, and audio content in LullaBook are either original creations or properly licensed. AI-generated stories are created for your personal use. You may not redistribute, sell, or commercially use any content from the App.
LullaBook uses AI technology to generate personalized stories. While we strive for quality and appropriateness, AI-generated content may occasionally produce unexpected results. All AI stories are reviewed for child-appropriateness.
We may update or change the App to improve features, fix bugs, or comply with legal requirements. We may modify subscription offerings with reasonable notice.
All intellectual property in the App (stories, illustrations, audio, code, design) is owned by the Developer or licensors. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and limit liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland (subject to mandatory local consumer protections). Disputes may be brought before the courts of Poland unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
We may revise these Terms; the date above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be announced in-app or on this website.
